Q: What is the status of the 2021 SID Annual Meeting?

A: Due to the ongoing uncertainty associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, the SID’s Board of Director’s made the decision not to move forward with an in-person Annual Meeting 2021, and instead to present the program in a virtual format.  The Virtual Meeting will take place over the dates of May 3-8, 2021.  You can register for the meeting by CLICKING THIS LINK

A: Yes.  Only registered users will be able to participate in the SID Virtual Meeting.  Information regarding the registration process and rates for the SID Virtual Meeting will be communicated via both the SID and Annual Meeting websites.  It is the expectation that you should register to attend the meeting if you’ve submitted an abstract.
